About the Opportunity
Gradient Services now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join their team in Malvern, VIC.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is primarily responsible for a range of core business services, contributing to the strategic growth and development of the business.
More specifically, your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Marketing planning and strategy development;
- General commercial management including relationships with customers;
- Analysis and reporting on sales and marketing; and
- Development of corporate strategy.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have background experience within the engineering industry and be familiar with how mechanical engineering companies function and operate.
A candidate who has experience running a small business, or a division of a larger business with bottom line responsibilities will be highly regarded.
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business or marketing is desirable, however not essential as long as working experience can be demonstrated.
It is essential that you possess strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage relationships and build rapport with both customers and staff, and work cohesively as part of a diverse organisation.
Your self-drive and initiative will be pivotal in identifying new opportunities for the business actively seeking solutions. Most importantly, you will be results-driven and switched on, with the ability to work well within the wider team.
